Shipping & Order Policies

At Maya Bee’s Fitness LLC, we work hard to get every order packed quickly, securely, and delivered safely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.

🐝 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • During sales, launches, or group events, processing may take slightly longer
Once your package is packed and scanned by the carrier, you will automatically receive tracking information by email.

🚚 Shipping Methods

We currently ship using:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (Standard)
  • USPS Priority Mail (Faster)
  • UPS Ground / Express (Premium options)

Shipping speed is calculated after processing time, not the day the order is placed.

✨ Estimated Delivery Times

After shipment:

  • Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
  • UPS Ground: 2–5 business days
  • UPS Express: 1–2 business days

Please note: these are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

📍 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Undeliverable packages
  • Returned-to-sender shipments

If a package is returned due to address error, additional shipping fees will apply to reship.

📦 Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is handed off to USPS or UPS:

  • Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier
  • Delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier
  • We cannot expedite packages once shipped

If tracking shows “Delivered”, we consider the order fulfilled.

If you believe your package was misdelivered:

  • Contact your local post office or UPS directly first
  • Check with neighbors or your mail room
  • Then reach out to us for assistance

⚠️ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Maya Bee’s Fitness LLC is not liable for packages that are:

  • Lost in transit
  • Stolen after delivery
  • Delayed by the carrier
  • Marked delivered but not received

Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Shipping insurance or premium services may be selected at checkout for added protection.

💛 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the product
  • Your order number

We will gladly review and work with you on a solution.
